Can I Save a Famous project file to my local computer?

You can download any Famous ProProjects as a.famousfile. Downloaded files can be uploaded back into the tool easily, enabling you to create a local backup of your projects.

Downloading a Project File

  1. From the three-bar hamburger menu in the Left Ribbon, navigate to File -> Download .famous file
  2. The file is saved to your computer as[Your Project Name].famous

Uploading a Project File

  1. From the three-bar hamburger menu in the Left Ribbon, navigate to File -> Open
  2. Select the.famous file you would like to upload from your computer and click Open
  3. Famous Pro will upload and initialize the project, which will appear in the editor ready to use.
