Disconnect Your Famous Account and Shoplink
When your Famous account is disconnected from the Shoplink Sales Channel, Famous can no longer access your store’s data. When the data connection between the Editor and Shopify is severed, your products are not be displayed in the Shoplink menu and you can’t publish to your Shopify store domain. If you disconnect while a project is open on the Canvas, Product Groups in your design are converted to regular layers that are not bound to Shopify data.
You can disconnect your Famous Pro account from Shopify from the Shoplink Sales Channel page in your Shopify admin, or from the account panel in Famous.
Disconnect from the Shoplink Sales Channel page

From your Shopify admin, click on Famous Shoplink in the left sidebar. This will take you to the Shoplink Sales Channel account page.

On the Shoplink account page, click the Disconnect button.

You will be presented with a dialog that asks you to confirm that you want to disconnect.

Click Disconnect to complete the process and dismiss the dialog.
Disconnect from the account panel in Famous

Log in to your Famous account.

In your Famous account, click on the avatar in the bottom left corner of the interface to open your Account Panel.
- Hover over the name of the store that you want to remove from your Famous account. On hover, a trash can icon will appear to the right of your store’s name.
- Click on the trash can icon.
- When you click on the trash can, you will be presented with a dialog asking you to confirm that you want to disconnect.

Click Continue to complete the process and dismiss the dialog.
